Poultry Welfare Officer Course, 13th & 14th November 2025

Welfare Training at Langford, part of the University of Bristol's veterinary School has rewritten our Poultry Welfare Officer (PWO) training course based upon the EU legislation (EC 10099/2009) and our new course commenced in the summer of 2012. It is under constant review, and updated accordingly, when new data becomes available.
Delegates are assessed through Point Solutions technology and, if successful, receive accreditation. Unsuccessful candidates will receive the original PWO Attendance certificate. The knowledge gained through this course is an essential element for successful completion of the Cetificate of Competence (CoC).
Refreshments are provided during the course timetable, including a group evening meal at the end of the first day.
