The Transforming Business Book Club is a welcoming space for people from across Bristol to come together, explore new ideas and have thoughtful conversations about the issues shaping business and society. Meet the author at each of the book club sessions; ask questions and explore themes directly with the person behind the ideas.
Hosted by the University of Bristol Business School, the Transforming Business Book Club brings together people from across the city, including local communities, businesses and organisations, alongside students and University colleagues. You don't need to be an academic or have any specialist knowledge to take part. Just bring your experiences, perspectives and curiosity.
Sit with author and international environmental lawyer, Monica Feria-Tinta, in conversation with Martin Parker (University of Bristol Business School) and other book club members for a discussion around the rights of nature and international cases against corporate greed and government inaction.
You don't need to have finished the whole book to join us. Whether you've read it cover to cover, dipped into a few chapters, or simply want to hear from the author and contribute to the discussion, you're very welcome.
You can access the book for free via LibrariesWest.
