This innovative book provides clarity, guidance and support for education-focused academics seeking to develop the professional skills needed for a deeply rewarding and impactful academic career. Drawing on the experiences of education-focused academics at different stages of their journey, the book explores how educators can enhance student learning, innovate in teaching and assessment, develop leadership and influence, and help shape the future of higher education.
