Award verification for third party (paper copy - UK address)

Third-party, higher education institute, or government body request for a paper award verification letter for a former student to be sent to a UK address. 

Once you have submitted your order, please email the disclose to a third party consent form signed by the former student to award-verification@bristol.ac.uk.

We are only able to accept consent forms which:

• explicitly name the third-party organisation, higher education institute, or government body. We will only release the information to the organisation named on the form.
• include a signature from the former student. If hand-written, scan or photograph the consent form and email it to us. We do accept digital signatures, but they cannot be typed.
