Award verification for third-party (digital)

Third-party, higher education institute, or government body request for a digital award verification letter for a former student. The award verification letter will be sent to the email address requested in PDF format. 

Once you have submitted your order, please email the disclose to a third party consent form signed by the former student to award-verification@bristol.ac.uk.

We are only able to accept consent forms which:

• explicitly name the third-party organisation, higher education institute, or government body. We will only release the information to the organisation named on the form.
• include a signature from the former student. If hand-written, scan or photograph the consent form and email it to us. We do accept digital signatures, but they cannot be typed.

Higher education institutes or government body requests are issued free of charge. Price for other third-party organisations including VAT is £18.00 please note price shown in net.
